Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with standard returns, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
