Please allow 5โ10 business days for order processing and 6โ14 business days for standard shipping (delivery times vary by location).
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Once your package ships, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Note: Delivery times are estimates. OilaCare does not guarantee exact delivery dates, but we always strive to ensure your order arrives within or before the expected timeframe.
To avoid delays, please double-check all shipping information before submitting your order. If we need to contact you to correct any details, order processing will be delayed.
Your package may be delivered by your local postal service or courier. Most orders arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your courier may leave a notice with instructions for collecting your package.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the delivery carrier directly.
OilaCare is not responsible for packages marked as delivered and cannot issue refunds or credits for these cases.

Your local customs office may occasionally request additional documents or require extra processing time before releasing your package. These delays are outside our control.
Before placing your order, please review your countryโs postal regulations for any restricted or prohibited items.
OilaCare is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or seized by customs.
If your order is held or seized by customs, you may contact us at support@oilacare.com to arrange a replacement shipment. Additional fees may apply.
